Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- Must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancelling within 48-24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
- Cancelling the day of or a no-call/no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals:
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee unless you reschedule.
